Your Role 1、Establishment and maintenance of process 1) Ensure optimization and improving the quality of processes, products, and production services through the development of specific projects at each stage of production, studies of reduction of complexity of the processes involved, technical studies and application of new technologies in accordance with the goals established by Management. 2) Establish proper pickling and DD process control system, define, and optimize the content, frequency, and method of process control system, assure the stability of product quality. 3) Direct and conduct studies by analyzing the composition of costs, according to the company's guidelines for cost optimization. 2、Process projects: Organize, implement and accomplishment of process project 1）According to BQWP needs, define, and execute process project, to decrease cost, improve quality and efficiency. 3、Equipment 1）Manage process parts (e.g., tooling) and define its characteristics. 2）Propose and implement equipment improvements with the goal to enhance quality and productivity. 3) Support on starting up new equipment, defining routing process and supporting on training courses. 4、Quality：# Of repeat occurrence of process and quality issues in production; breakthrough of solution to chronic problem; cooperation with other department for internal and external customer complaints handling. 1）Ensure the quality of products and the reliability of the technical information, by updating and maintenance of standardized specifications and/or product characteristics agreed with customers. 2）Quick shooting root cause and offer corrective actions when there is problem related to process and product application. 3）Complete technical evaluation of quality problem within timeframe determined by QA department. 4）Support QA on providing disposition to NC material on daily basis. 5、Learning and Training 1）Learning DD process and accumulate the experience. 2）Participate in training organized by company and make improvements. 3）Develop training material. 6、Other 1）Strong passion to learn new things 2）Can handle different complicate problems solving Your Profile Engineering/Bachelor of science or above, mechanical, materials, mechanical engineering or similar discipline. Good command of English. Good computer skills and familiar with General Office software, good at data analysis. Good communication skills. Good organization skills. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Willing to learn new things
